[Sticky] Getting Schools Involved in Supporting OldGuys.co.uk
Hello everyone,
I’ve been thinking of ways to spread the word about OldGuys.co.uk and make our forums even more welcoming. One idea is to involve local schools to help get us started..
The plan is simple:
-
Ask pupils to help promote OldGuys.co.uk by making posters, designing slogans, or even suggesting conversation starters.
-
It’s a fun creative project for them, and it gives us some fresh, eye-catching ways to reach more people.
-
Their work could even be shared on the site, showing how different generations can support each other.
This way, young people get to learn about community, creativity, and IT skills, while we get help spreading awareness of our forums. It’s a nice way of building a little bridge between the generations.
👉 What do you think?
-
Would you support this idea?
-
Any suggestions for things the kids could create that would be useful for the site?
